MyVoice pop up at MacArthur Blvd Community Fun Day
MyVoice team members Tamara and Sam at the MacArthur Blvd Community Fun Day in Ypsilanti, Michigan

MyVoice is a national survey project, but our roots are in southeast Michigan and the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. This summer, MyVoice has been co-hosting local pop-up events. It’s given us a chance to meet youth and families and to listen to what they think about our project and mission.

We teamed up with the Washtenaw County Health Department, the Corner Health Center and, Ypsilanti Community High School, to hold the events. It was a great opportunity to also network with other local organizations serving families and youth.

This summer has offered us opportunity to reset and reconnect with our home community, starting with the youth of Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. We thank all the folks who stopped by our booths to ask questions, win prizes, and share their thoughts on our platform as it grows!
